Online shopping will always have a bit of risk but experience makes it easier. I think it is better to build a small collection of reliable products than to buy random cheap things. Otherwise they become clutter in the closet after the trend is over. Sometimes customer service can fix a bad experience but not always. I recently tried a few different online shops and wanted to share my experience. If anyone is interested in real user experiences I sometimes write short notes about the shops I test. Trendy pieces are fun but I only buy them when the price is reasonable. I also pay attention to return policy and customer service response time. Sometimes one good quality item is better than five very cheap ones. Hope this helps someone.
